Please ensure that you allow up to a week for the instructor to provide credit. If it's been over a week and you still don't have credit, contact the Volkswagen Canada Academy Concierge.
Some ILT courses require a separate assessment for credit. If you completed an ILT and have not completed the accompanying assessment, you'll need to pass the assessment with a score of 80% to receive credit for the course. Find the assessment attached to the ILT on your certification page under Requirements or search in the course catalog. Once you pass, the course will be marked "Complete."
This typically occurs when the system is waiting for confirmation from the participant's manager to accept the enrollment invitation from the waitlist. The seat expires after 48 hours and is offered to the next person on the waitlist or will become available for registration if there is no one else waiting.
Don't worry. VW runs a monthly report to assess training needs in each area and schedules courses accordingly. You'll receive email notifications when ILTs become available for enrollment, provided you've added yourself to the waitlist, according to the requirements of your certification path.
Similarly, VW conducts monthly reports to determine training needs, including language preferences. You'll be informed through VWNow communications when courses become available in your preferred language.
Your manager needs to approve your request before you can be registered. Coordinate with your manager to ensure approval if there are available seats.
Go to the My Calendar page and click on the green check for the requested course to approve your employee's registration request.
Some WBT courses require a separate assessment for credit. If you completed a WBT without an assessment, you'll need to pass the assessment with a score of 80% to receive credit. Find the assessment attached to the WBT on your certification page under Requirements or search in the course catalog. Once you pass, the course will be marked "Complete."
Note: It may take up to 48 hours for credits to show as completed.

"Under Development" indicates that the course is not yet available. Don’t worry; VW will send out a communication via VWNow when the courses become available to take.
Check the course catalog. The French version will have the same course number with an "F" listed after it.
Sometimes your curriculum path might not upload due to your job role setting. Please ensure that your Dealer Extranet admin updates your job role via VWHub. Also, verify that you're accessing the correct platform - use the Canadian Training Resource Center (TRC)instead of the Canadian CRC.
While course equivalencies are usually processed automatically, if you believe two courses should be equivalent, contact the Volkswagen Canada Academy Concierge for assistance.
Your Dealer Administrator manages this task via the VWHub as the Academy Concierge cannot modify dealer staff information. It takes 24-48 hours for updates to reflect in the Academy.
Remember, when removing a staff member, on leave or permanently exited, they must be deleted in the VWHub to prevent their profile from appearing in the Academy.
Users can be reactivated by the dealer admin by adding them back as returning users, their past training will be automatically added to their profile. If your Dealer Admin encounters difficulty making these changes, please contact IT at 1-866-892-3375.
You can contact the Volkswagen Canada Academy Concierge for assistance with the Training Resource Centre or for any questions you may have regarding your certification.
